thx a bunch. . .
well, im doing a project on the event " americans held hostage" and on globalization... all that jazz. heres the thing: im kinda stuck on it. im confused on why the reason was why they did what they did, taking americans hostage n' all. i kno it has something to do with the embassy and the shah or w/e his name is, but my teacher gave me this thing to read. i read it, but i dont get the whole deal. so heres what i've got so far:

-social develpoment: this event changes social development because the younger generation wants to move on and put this event behind.
-They want citizenship rights and social freedom just like every other teen.

i have nothing for politics, which is sad. i kinda dont kno what to put or how it changed, besides the fact that some one overthrowing the shah and we're ( the u.s) is involved in it some how with the embassy. which isnt clear to me.so plse help.

Are you talking about history, or currently? Because something that sounds vaguely like what you're describing happened around the 1950's... check this out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Ajax

If it's what you're talking about, then maybe it'll help you understand, if not, please clarify your question and I'll try to help out the best I can.
