i want to start my own biss but i dont know to much about how to go through with it, i think a package store would be a good start how could i achieve this and what would be my start up cost and how could i get the bank to give me a loan.. thanks

A good idea, in self occupation you have more freedom, flexibility.
1. take a small survey in the area , where you want start your biss.

2. Get an idea, which biss is suitable, in terms of profit.

3. Know how many of such biss are already in your area, and how they are doing.

4. After deciding your nature of biss , select a suitable place.

5. Sit and plan who much fund you need to set up, and how mush you can put, from your own funds.

6. Consult with the suppliers, about the cost. Bargain.

7. Now calculate, the expected the turn over per day, and appx profit you are going to get.

8. If you need more funds to start, approach your Bank. Enquire whether you are going to get loan at discounted rate (normally bank will charge less for small investor, unemployed , women etc.,) Find any subsidy is available.

9. Get a licence from your local authorities for your biss.

10. One fine day , open your biss for public.

11. Give good service, ask your first customers, whether hey are satisfied with your service. Request them tell the same to their friend and neighbors.

12. Keep on upgrading.

You can also, find books which will guide, how to start your own Business. Study it. Please note : Customer satisfaction is more important, and quality of product you give. Good luck.Do not forget to invite for opening.
