yes but dont expect it to pay much. most of the student type jobs I've done are poorly paid, hard work and insist you work when you have to study.
However, when you come over here (to the uk) try asking at your uni for the student services- every uni and college has one, ask them about part time employment and you never know, they may have afew places you could try.
Try also researching into it, try find out where your uni is/ campas is based and what types of work you wouldnt mind doing- be it retail or catering or lapdancing. Then look up on the internet the town you'll be living in and try checking out all the places around the uni/place where you'll stay which you could work in.
Email them and send them c.vs, remember, early bird catches the worm, as come july when all the new student have completed their exams, they will be setting themselves up work, and there may not be any decent jobs left.
Maybe you could plan a small visit to see whats what if you get an interview or something.

depends where you are from- if you can get a visa (if you need a visa) the you should find work here. It may not be well paid.
