Dear Mr. Jones,

I enjoyed our conversation Monday. It is always nice to speak with you about all the up and coming bands.

I am proud to introduce to you The Band which I am totally impressed with. They are a rock and roll band which plays a combination of well known songs and their own original music. They are very successful and sought after locally. I am sure if you book this group the local crowd will bring in a large following to your club.

As always I appreciate your consideration of this group. I am looking forward to hearing how the Band performs with the excellent sound system your club has installed.

Sincerely,

Your Name

well im not going to tell you what to write but I can tell you the format.
first you write your first and last name. on the next line, you have to write your address. then you write your city, state, and zip code on the line after that. then you write the date. it might look something like this.

John Smith
123 S. Letter Street
Chicago, IL 2468
March 26, 2007

then you skip 4 lines and write the person you're writing to's name, address and all that stuff. it might look something like this:

Mr. Robert G. Miller
Chief Executive Officer
Rite Aid
30 Hunter Lane
Camp Hill, PA 17071

Don't forget to write a Mr. or Mrs. or whatever, what they do, what for, and their address and stuff. Next, you write your letter which would look somewhat like this:

Dear Mr. Miller:

Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Did you know the weather is great today? blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blahblah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blahblah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blahblah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blahblah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blahblah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

Sincerely,

John Smith

You can't put blahs though. In the space between sincerely and your name you put your signature. and after the Dear Mr. Miller, you have to put a :. And you don't indent any paragraphs. I guess that's it.
