Anything starring Monty Python. They made three of the greatest comedies of all time (The Holy Grail, The Life Of Brian, and The Meaning Of Life). Honorable mention goes to A Fish Called Wanda.
On this side of "the pond", one of the greatest slapstick comedies ever made is still the original Airplane or The Kentucky Fried Movie.
Also, the works of Kevin Smith, and occasionally Woody Allen always make me laugh.
And, the varied castmembers of SNL have made some of the best (and worst, sadly) comedies ever.
Good...Wayne's World, Caddyshack, Coming To America, Trading Places, Anchorman
Bad...Spies Like Us, Superstar, It's Pat

Old School ... can't wait to see the Will Farrell skating movie coming out this Friday.
But the one thing that makes me laugh more than anything is Family Guy. If it was made into a movie, that would be it. It is so fvckin' hilarious and I love it!
