Well lets answer this question.
First off, hotness is an opinion. Therefor it is impossible to answer this question "correctly".
Secondly it's important to bear in mind that Gwen recently had a baby, which in my mind doesn't detract from her potential hotness...but may in the minds of other.
Lastly, most people only listen to the music that MTV tells them to because they are drones of television and society. Meaning that because you think she's "the hottest female singer" is completely arbritrary when taking into consideration that their are literally THOUSANDS of female singers that you know nothing about and probably wont leave your couch long enough to ever discover.
In conclusion, your a moron.

Hot, as in hottie, hot? Or hot like, popular hot, singer of the moment with top ranking song(s), hot?
If the latter, I say yes, along with Fergie. Both sang with top band/group and plan to still sing with them and they also have their own strong styles.
I love 'em both!

She seems way betta with brown hair. She's gonna be bald in some yrs from bleachin it lots! If she did no longer have the bleached hair and shiny pink lipstick i could say she's warm.
