everyone has different physical goals...dance can only help you if you give 100% or more of yourself in exicuting the steps and way its done. but its not a physical goal thats reached its a freedom that comes with learning the basics and mastering them with control.

dance is great cardiovascular excersise and since ur using 99.9% of all your muscles in dance you tone ur whole body basicaly.
