Did you read it?

Answer this question, "What was it about?" and you'll have a start. (It was about a drug addict's tragic journey to recovery.)

What did the character learn from his journey? (Maybe that you can succeed against massive odds?)

And of course you know the author faked the book, even though it's quite interesting to read!

So then you end up with something like,

A Million Little Pieces is about the struggle against the bonds of addiction and the passage through the door of recovery as a changed man.

Or something like that.

When I discovered that this tell-all memoir was a phony, I wanted to rip it into a "million little pieces."
