When customer click on the image of the product, they will be directed to the "Order Form".
There will be the usual text boxes with name, address, contact no. (etc). There is also a image of the product that the customer just clicked on. When he hit submit btn, the form together with the image will be send to my E-mail so that i know what product he is enquiring on. Can anyone tell me if this will be difficult? It should not be too bad, you would have to study the e-business application you are using and find out what happens to the form data they submit. Does it get entered into a database table? Does it get written to a flat file or what?

Then when you find out all of that, you need to find a good place in the process to create the e-mail. Creating e-mail is not that hard and perhaps you can even use something like formmail.php (see http://www.tectite.com/) and piggy back it into the application somewhere.

Question. Why do you want an image? Isn't a product SKU or description enough?

On a difficulty scale I would put this at about five of ten with ten being most difficult and one trivial.

If you study the application I would not be surprised to see they have an option you can turn to do just what you need (or at least send you a daily report on submissions).
