"Police Got My Car" by Cheech and Chong. It's a parody to the tune of "Felize Navidad."
Also "Hot Rod Lincoln" by Commander Cody.
Don't forget "Great Balls of Fire!"
"Alice's Restaurant" by Arlo Guthrie. There're some great police references in it.
"I Shot the Sherrif" by Eric Clapton.

Similarily, If You Ain't Got that Do-Re-Mi bemoans the harsh laws that lead to vagabonds getting thrown into jail for vagrancy.
Midnight Special by Just About Everyone goes on for quite a while about the harshness of the penal system, including judges and jailers.
Maybe you wanted some songs about how great authority figures are. You know - it is interesting - I can't think of any...
