For everyone there is a fear of the unknown and what is different.

If you see a crowd of tall people and you are short, then you will most likely not gravitate toward the tallest person, but rather the shortest person.

If there is a crowd of women and you are a man, most likely you will gravitate toward a man hanging out at a party.


Similar things attract. That is why birds of a feather flock together.
