I work at a doggy day care. My schedule is supposed to be 11am through 7pm monday through friday. However this month they have me working monday through friday 11pm through 7pm and saturday and sunday 7am through 10 am and later 5 untill 7 pm. I have zero days off this month. Is this legal?

There is nothing illegal unless they are not paying you for overtime occured and you are hourly or you are aminor under 18. If neither of those fit, than it is perfectly legal. your only working 32 hours during the week and an additional 10 on the weekend. Unless there was a contract that stipulates guaranteed conditions, than no. If you are hourly, you should be paid 1.5 times your rate for the additional 2 hours providing you are hourly salaried.

My advice would be to talk to them and state your concerns with time off. If they are a good place they will work with you.

As long as you are not exceeding the number of hours stipulated by your state which at 45 is unlikely, it is perfectly legal.
