Mercury has almost no atmosphere at all. Venus has a very dense atmosphere made up of almost pure carbon dioxide.

Venus has a thick atmosphere - and Mercury has a very thin one. Personally not knowing what is inside Mercury's atmosphere - I would still be confident that the answer is Mercury.

Mercury has almost no atmosphere while Venus has so much atmoshpere that the pressure at the surface is 90 times that on Earth. I would say Mercury. Most of its atmosphere is captured from the solar wind.
