SHAMPOO! I always rinse the tub with water to get rid of hari and what ever else might be stuck to it. Then I spill some shampoo into it and start scrubbing with one of those kitchen sponges with the one rough green side. I find that the gunk stuck to the tub comes up so much easier than using any other chemical cleaners made for tubs. I just use any shampoo like Suave which is really cheap or VO5, but dont use shampoos that are creamy white looking, use the kind that looks like "soap" if that makes sense. My tub/shower actually sparkles when I'm done. Happy cleaning!

Believe it or not the best way to get a sparkling, lasting shine on your fibre glass tub is car wax. Clean the tub first with an unabrasive household cleaner allow to dry and apply "good ol' car wax" suitable for fibre glass of course, then elbow grease and watch your tub come to life again, not only will it sparkle but it will last.

I use Baby shampoo and a little baking soda mixed, it gets the fiberglass bathtub really clean and shiny and for a little disinfectant I use a little White Vinegar afterwards, just sponge on and leave for about ten minutes then rinse, and whalla! beautifully clean shiny and disinfected. Good Luck !

mild to moderate alkali solutions (i.e. baking soda in warm water, trisodium phosphate in warm water

baking soda moistened w/ water to a paste; wet surface of tub or stall; gently rub w/ the paste on a sponge, or soft nylon brush.

Apply all cleaners w/ a sponge or nonabrasive applicator made of nylon, polyester, or polyethylene. Rub gently.

Never use any abrasive cleaner like common scouring powders, nor any abrasive scouring pads, steel wool & paper or scrapers.

They only shine when they sell them to you.
don't wear yourself out--it won't shine again if it is over a year old.
