from day one they sleep in the crib or they will want to be with you 24 hours, I let them cry in the crib around 5 months of age when they are tired or ready for the bed time routine.
Stage one baby food ws 3 months and that is when I started oatmeal ceral to formula but we put it in a bowl not the bottle bad on teeth, babysitter as soon as I needed to got o work.
Stage 2 food started at 6 months and by 9 mths we ate table food cut up in small bites. No peanutbutter til after 2 yrs of age should they devolope a allergic reaction.

The baby needs to be in the crib from the time he/she comes home from the hospital. There are several reasons for this
1- Someone can roll over on the baby while they are sleeping
2- It is better the baby start in their own bed so you will not have to deal with a screaming chid when you want them in their bed.
3- Mom and Dad need rest to best take of the baby.

If you are going to need a sitter while the baby is small first try the grandparents. I take care of my grandson and my daughter knows he is loved and in the best possible hands. From the time the baby is born it is ok to use a sitter if you totally trust the person to care for the baby. Get references if you to ever have someone you don't know.

The first baby food is usually rice cereal. I think they say around 6 months now but my kids had cereal when they were hungry after having a bottle of 6ounce formula. Mix a small amount with warm formula and feed with baby spoon. I hate them bottles for food because to much comes out and can choke the baby. When the time is right you will know by how the baby acts. Such as excessive crying and fussiness soon after they were fed. It usually will be around 3-4months.

Baby in the crib about 3 months, oatmeal in bottle is not recommend, you should not add anything to the bottle, you can start your baby on solids around 6 months, rice cereal, Gerber stage one foods and so on. At this time you can also give a little juice preferably white grape diluted half and half. Baby sitter depends on who you have and when you feel comfortable leaving your baby with that person. About the age of 6 months the separation anxiety starts so you might what to get your baby around someone before that time. more info is not given to have best answer, but just to help you out. Good luck and God bless.

Sleeping in a crib: my son started at 3 weeks, our daughter started the first night home from the hospital, so right from birth is my answer

Oatmeal to bottle: never, nothing but breast milk or formula should go in a bottle. Even juice and other drinks should be given only from a sippy cup, not a bottle

Stage 1 baby food: most babies start between 4 and 6 months, with most experts now recommending closer to 6 months. Signs of readiness to look for in your baby: able to sit up assisted without flopping forward, has lost tongue thrust reflex, is able to turn head away when full

Babysitter: when you feel comfortable. You may feel most comfortable doing so when the baby is asleep at night and you know the likelihood of waking is slim. Most daycares won't take a baby younger than 6 weeks old so that would probably be the absolute minimum age you would want to leave baby with a sitter.

They can actually sleep in a crib from newborn on as long as their are not pillows or other things to suffocate on and you have to have a runner around the inside of the bars so they dont get hung up. The oatmeal you can add to the bottle at right around 3 to 3 1/2 months, just do a small bottle at first and see how they react to it, this is a good way to find out what food allergies they have to. Trust me you will know right away. Both my girls were at my babysitters house from 2 weeks old on, just make sure your babysitter is responsible and has the right car seat if she/he is going to take them anywhere. As far as the stage one baby foods the bottles of baby food will tell you like the stage 2 you can start at 6 months. Also as far as milk goes you can switch them over to whole milk at 12 months. Start slowly by adding milk to the fomula or the breast milk, then eventually end up with just the whole milk, this will help their stomachs make the transition easier. To move up to another type of carseat, next time you go shopping stop and look at the carseats, the box or the information below the carseat will tell you how much the child must weigh before using that particular car seat. Hope this helps.

Sleeping in crib: Around 6 months (was in a pack and play until then)

Adding oatmeal to the bottle: NEVER--it's a choking hazard. No doctor would tell you to do that. It doesn't help the baby sleep at all.

Let alone with Babysitter: Around 4 months

Eat stage 1 Baby Food: check with your doctor, but ours was around 6 months.

Eat stage 2 baby food: Ours was 9 months

Eat stage 3 baby food: 13 months

Sit alone in the backseat (we sat there with him): 3 months

Sleep through the night: 3 months

Take a bath without the use of an infant tub: 8 months

Going upstairs: We started around 12 months

Drank milk: 1 year

Ate honey: 1 year

Ate from our plates: 1 year

Sleep in crib-I put my son in his crib when he started sleeping 5-6 hours at night with no feeding(he's breastfed) which was about 5 weeks. He slept in a bassinet before that.

Oatmeal to bottle-NEVER.......they will suck that oatmeal down so fast and cause bloating, gas and fussiness.

Let go with babysitter-my son went to the babysitter when I went back to work part-time at about 3 1/2 months old

Stage 1 food-5 months
Cereal-4 1/2 months
Stage 2 food-6-6 1/2 months

Sleep in a crib (with no blankets, bumpers, etc...nothing but the fitted sheet) -at birth
adding oatmeal...NEVER!!! no doc would ever advise doing this. Rice can be a different story with your docs ok.
babysitter- whenever you are ready to leave him/her
stage 1 food can be around 4-5 months
stage 2 can be anywhere from 6-9 months
stage 3 food can be from 10 months and up
Milk when they turn one but not before, no honey products of any sort.

Babies can sleep in a crib from birth!!
They say not to add cereal to a bottle, but people do it from as early as a month old and their kids are fine, reasearch the reasons why you shouldnt if your concerned!
People leave there babies with sitters from the get go too, although I suggest being very very picky about who your baby stays with.
They say baby food should come at 6 months. However, people start at 4 months too. I always have waited, but people who dont , dont seem to have problems!

Good luck1
