Get back to that hospital. When your 5 to 6 cm then your in labor!!
My labor pains for my daughter was heartburn!! Not contraction. For an Entire month I had bad bad heartburn. Honest to god I thought if some one lite a match in the room I would blow up.
After a month of my husband getting no rest he told me we were going to the hospital, I was either going to have the baby or they were giving me something for the heartburn.
She was born an hour after I was admitted into the hospital. I only got contractions the last half hour or I should say I only felt the contraction the last half hour because the heartburn pain was so bad I didn't even feel them.

Any extra activity would work, but it sounds like you're kinda under the gun, but a pedicure would work. If you have a significant other or even a friend or parent, ask them if they would mind giving you a foot rub, there are stimulating spots on your feet that are directly related to your uterus. Focus on the arch, heel and ball of your feet. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

My guess is that you will have her at 3:47 am. Get comfortable and all the rest you can while you are at home...You won't be able to rest in the hospital.

curb walk

One foot in the curb the other in the Gutter And step..

Worked for me..It drops the baby lower in your pelvis and gets your Contractions going..

Made my neighbor do it too..She had the baby that night :)
