My drive won't open manaully?

NOT EVEN MANUALLY!! WHAT SHOULD I DO?!

Something is probably jammed in it, and the only way I know to get it out, is to disassemble the drive.

I'm guessing your talking about your CD drive... get a paper clip open it up and poke it in the small hole in the front of the drive.. this should allow you to open your drive.

Check the device manager... If there a problem with your hardware you should install the new version of its driver.
