when should you take a pregnancy test... how many days before or after your expected period? Im not sure how that works...but in feburary, i got my period on the 24th, and today is the 26th....so when should I take the test so that I can have an accurate answer? we had sex about 4 days ago or so...

While it is possible for you to be pregnant usually you ovulate two weeks after your last period. Some pregnancy tests are sensitive enough to detect pregnancy hormones a few days before you expect your period. However it is usually recommended that you wait till at least the first day of your missed period. They also recommend you do it with your first morning urine.

You can try now...and in a week if no period. Also you can have the blood test done by your doctor, its more accurate.

hi...you r in d same boat as me...i also had my last period on d 22feb but till now still have not got any period n i n my hubby hv had sex on d last 14 days or so....i have not discover any pregnancy symptoms yet...but i will take a test only on mid of apr....

my suggestion is wait until next mounth and then 5 days 4 u are expecting your period go 2 the store and find that pregnacy test that can predict early pregnacy...i think that it will help you

i took one a week before i was due and it came out a light positive..but some people have to wait a week after their missed period b.c there hcg levels might not be high enough to trigger a hpt...so try before the end of the week..good luck....

well if u miss a period and have the systoms of going to the bathroom alot, sleeping, cravings, headaches, nasia, dizzy i would say wait for like a couple weeks that wut i did and now im 9 weeks pregnant.

You can take any of them because they are all pretty good. They don't have to be expensive to be good either.
