Hell I'll be happy if I get 90 days. I'm just trying to figure out if it's going to get taken for like 6 months or something. BTW, I was trying to make it home on SB by curfew. I wasn't drunk or anything. Thanks for the responses, keep them coming.

And everyone, I'm already going to go to court, and I can pay whatever costs the court wants me to pay and also I can pay for the ticket, I'm just wondering how long my license is going to be taken away for.

Alright I'm not sure what I was charged for. On my ticket the box labeled Careless Driving is not checked although Agressive Driving is.

Don't know much about Florida law but at 16 and charged with "aggressive driving" I'd say bend over and kiss your license goodbye for a long while.

Did they charge you with speeding, or reckless driving? There is a huge difference, but going twice the posted limit, qualifies it to be reckless. If it's speeding, at your age, the license is gone, I believe for a year. Your fine will be high, the court will likely discuss the matter with you some, before giving their decision, informing you of the opportunity that you lost. If the charge is reckless, I believe you have to wait until 18 to reapply. The fines will be huge, and you'll receive the "talk" from the judge, as before. If you are male, your insurance rates were already high, now it will be possibly so high, that you will not be able to afford to pay it, you'd need someone else to help. Check the website for the state of Florida, you should be able to find out what the penalty is for this crime. Then, check the TN website, for info regarding being a minor, first yr driver ticketed. I hope you will learn from this, cuz it's going to be costly for you. Good luck.

Aggressive driving is reckless driving. You'll probably get your license back sooner than you think. Consider yourself lucky that no one got injured or killed in this stunt. You might be able to pay the fines; but you can never make up for permanent injury or death. I live in a state full of reckless and rude drivers and this makes it hell just getting back and forth to work. I'm not trying to diss you in any way either. I almost got myself killed at seventeen for just running a stop sign.

Given your age, I'd expect you to lose your license. Going 90 is serious for anyone, but a judge will want to teach you a lesson, for sure.
However, I must admit that I'm not aware of the reciprocity laws between TN and FL.

You speed demon (hahaha) but truthfully see if you can pull the county that you recieved your ticket in online and access their court costs if not call that county clerk of court office (directory assistance). The actual ticket may only be 75-225 (but the court costs are ridiculous) ranging in fees from 125.00 up. Whatever you do please show up to your hearing. You may just loose points this depends on what their guidlines are so be sure to check. Good luck!!

If it were Britain, they'd take it away permanently, and then say: "To get another one, you have to pass a ridiculously hard test designed specifically for idiots such as yourself."
Good luck.
You'll need it.

God, I hope so!! Be prepared to pay a hefty, hefty, hefty fine besides. You may even be subject to imprisonment or, if you're lucky, probation!
