i live in california and im wondering if i can drive my family members to school or hang out if i have a provisional license
because it says u cannot transpot minors during 12 months and i see ppl from school taking their fmaily memebrs out

If they're transporting minors, they're breaking the law. It's only a matter of time until they're "busted". Don't chance it; it's not worth the hassle!

They must have a licensed driver, over the age of 21, with them. Minors, and family members under that age, are not allowed to be driven by a minor, who has not completed a full year of driving. Your driver manuel has the answers, since the changes effecting minors driving responsibilities has grown substantially in the last 5-8 years, it is important to make sure you know if you are breaking the law or not. Loss of your license is swift, and for me, having that license when I was 16, and better yet, having a car to drive, was on the top of my priority list at that age.
