There are peeing areas in a swimming pool? I've never seen that sign. I always figured the peeing just...happened.

Let your state pass a smoking law and all people, smokers and non, can walk past the front door with a giant cloud of smoke that smells like an ashtray to get to a business. It's nasty and I'm a smoker. Swimming pool peeing areas don't have giant industrial fans in an enclosed area to suck the pee out of the water....if they did, I bet non-peeing people would still complain.

No. With normal ventilation the air in a building is changed much more frequently than the water in a pool. I have dined at restaurants that have smoking area and can't even tell it. Perhaps it is just the idea that someone is smoking in the same building with you that bothers you. Some people are like that, too much concern for what others are doing. You know the type, arrogant, self righteous. Perfume is more offensive to me that cigarette smoke. Even cigar smoke is more tolerable to me that someone who uses a half a bottle of Charlie before they go out to eat. As for health risks, anyone with any intelligence and has completed freshman science in high school knows what is in the air we breathe from the cars, factories, nuclear testing back in the 40's. Second hand smoke is nothing compared to the pesticides we ingest in our food and the chemicals they add for color, flavor and preservation. But then again, these things would not concern you because it does not involve controlling other people.

NO, It is NOT the same. I say this because with all the smoke eaters and filters that are on the market today they can virtually make a place smoke free even with smoking going on. BUT I don't think this is an issue anymore as our communistic government has banned smoking basically in every single public building. This also includes PRIVATE CLUBS.

If you don't like cigarette smoke, Pisss on ya!
Bet you work in a polluted factory. Or an office building with recycled ventilation known to cause lung cancer. Breathing everyone's air over and over and over.

No. Some restaurants have an enclosed area for smokers or non-smokers.
This question has been asked many times before.

Soooooooooooooo very well put! Even if swimming in diluted urine is less hazardous to your health than second hand smoke.
