Do you know any web hosts who are not too expensive on charging for SQL server hosting?
The one I have costs something like 25 dollars to set up *each* database and then 5 dollars a month. Is this unreasonable? Is there a better deal out there?

If you like to create websites (usually you will end up more than 1 website), go for multiple web hosting services where you could host all your websites in one account.
