I'm taking Premarin and Paxil...?

I'm 52 years young :) and I'm going through menopause. My dr. prescribed these two medicines and I'm feeling like my old self after only 1 week. Would like to know if anyone else has had the same experience...

After menopause I took 3 to 4 hours falling asleep. After six years of no sleep, I am now of premarin and fall asleep like a baby. I have been on paxil for migrains and have had no problem with both.
