*an i-Tunes gift card is always perfect (if he owns an i-Pod)
*a new CD or funny DVD (maybe a series of his favorite show, or the comedy he always spits jokes about)
I gave my brother a can of Tomatoes last Christmas- he was so confused until he found the gift card to Target taped to the bottom. It was a cute, playful idea- and everyone in my family agreed it was the most creative. That would be a fun idea for a 13 year old boy, because lord knows they are sarcastic- this way you can play the joke on him :)

well one thing i wouldnt gave a boyfriend $30.00 dollar to buy him something he might like . but cause other wise what the hecka you want to spend that much money on a young guy on his bday ? i would just use some of my money and just take my guy to movies that he can dedicate to choose from what kind of movie he like to see then . i will paid his ticket and after movie i will take him out for dinner or even buy his favorite gifts that he might want or even dont have . maybe have extras time i would take him some where else like Disney world that he had asked about for long time. but i dont even do that to ever guys cause they have their own womens to go to . but i might do it with my only friends and my own man .

Get him a gift certificate to a gaming store (that sells x-box and playstation) if he's into it. Get him a care package that has a bunch of stuff in it: candy, a comic book, a dvd maybe, new wheels for his skateboard if he has one. I know gift certificates aren't that personal, but you can never go wrong.
