There aren't any cheats. You must level the character.
Easy Steps....
1 Have someone "rush you" Doing all the quests needed to be done to get to ancients
2 Do trist runs to lvl 16-17
3 Do tomb runs to lvl 21-24 "if you are able to do cow runs from lvl 21 to 24 you will lvl faster"
4Do ancients to get to lvl 25
5 Do baal runs to lvl 50

6 Have someone rush u in nightmare doing all quests to get to baal
7 Do baal runs until lvl 70
8 have someone rush u in hell doing all quests to get to baal
9 Do more baal runs

There are no cheats for Diablo 2.
HOWEVER, there are ways to level fast.

Trist Runs: When you repeatedly clear out Tristram after you completely the quest involving Cain. This is a good way to level until you are level 15.

Tomb Runs: Once you reach the Canyon of the Magi, you repeatedly clear out all of the Tombs of Tal Rasha. This is a good way to level between levels 15-20.

Chaos Runs: Once you reach the River of Flame, repeatedly venture upwards into the Chaos Sanctuary and kill everything within it. This is an exellent way to level between levels 20-25.

Cow Runs(Online Only): When you are online, and you have a friend that has defeated Baal in Normal difficulty, he can put a Wirt's Leg (found in Tristram upon clicking on Wirt's Body) and a full Tome of Town Portal into the Horadric Cube to open a portal to the Secret Cow Level. This is a great way to level between levels 20-25.

Baal Runs(Expansion Only): Once you have beat the quest involving the Ancients, you can venture into the depths of the Worldstone Keep. After the third level of the Worldstone Keep, is the Throne of Destruction. This is the home of Baal.
Repeatedly kill everything that Baal summons on you. This is good for leveling between levels 25-40. DO NOT KILL BAAL UNTIL YOU ARE LEVEL 40!! ONLY KILL HIS MINIONS!! Once Baal is killed, you move on to Nightmare Difficulty.

Nightmare Baal Runs: Often called NM Baals. Follow the same instruction as normal Baal Runs, but in the Nightmare Difficulty. Good until level 75.

Hell Baal Runs: Same as above, exept in Hell Difficulty.

NOTE: If you attempt any of these runs below the minimum level(for example: lvl25 for Normal Baal Runs), you WILL NOT level fast at all.

I quit playing that game after a year because nearly everyone actually buys good weapons and armor off ebay. You'd be surprised at how much money people spend just to have a good character.

If you play the game without buying items offline you will never find even a quarter of what the majority of people have. I've even seen people pay others to get their character up to lvl 90+

To answer your question, there are trainers that people use. About half the time your account will get deleted for using one. The only one's I know of are those that are sold on ebay, which might not exist anymore.
