There have been many who have, but one that comes to mind is Christopher. His sperm donor divorced his mother after he found out she was pregnant. She later married a man that was abusive to them both. Chris was thrown from the window of a car he was driving while showing off. Broke an arm and a leg. Somehow the kid always had a positive attitude. Although he suffered early in school, he later earned straight A's. I have since lost contact with him, but he left a print on my heart, that I will never forget.

Well, I have a small bear-paw print tattooed (discretely, of course) just over my right breast...
The most furry paw-print comes from the only dog I've ever had... Smokey.
The man that trod on my heart the most violently... he's not worth my spit, nor the time it takes to type his name. And no, I'm not bitter... just honest :)
