We upgraded 3 phones on our family plan at Christmas time. I sent the 3 rebate forms in, and only one rebate came back. They said I can only have one rebate per phone number, as though I was trying to get 3rebates for the same line, but they all had different phone numbers...why would I get 3 phones for the same line? I filled them out correctly, sent them in time. The girl at the retail place told me all 3 were eligible for upgrade. I just get the runaround on the phone, it's driving me crazy!

Welcome to the world of wireless customer service. No matter which carrier, it takes persistence to get much of anything done correctly.
Sorry to say, now you must call back and try for someone who knows how to help you. It may take several calls. Send email through their website. Also ask for a manager on the phone. If you must, go back to where you purchased it and look for help.
If you keep calling, you will get someone at T-Mobile that "gets it" and they will indeed help you.
You are not alone. It drives many of us crazy.

Im sorry this has been such a hassle. call the rebates center, tmobile reps will give it to you, and talk to a sup at the rebates center, explain the situation, they should be able to fix the phone #s on the forms and resubmit them again.
