I can't play o2jam offline.. please help mw with this.?

I already downloaded the mozart, client parameter and the o2jam player and I placed the o2jam player at the right place but when I run the o2jam offline I can't connect to the rooms like kaliope, philix, it says that it cannot connect to server. what should I do? Please help me......
