All right, I plan to go to Five Star Basketball Camp in June, I have no exposure becuase of the small christian school that Im in.

Do you think that when I leave that camp that I'll be a better player than I was and have exposure too?

And yea, Im 5'6 145 and Im a sophomore

U must going to pay your own way? If so then you better take care of business because most of those guys are there for free. Because they are Great. And eat some meat and potatoes

At your size, I hope you get another growth spurt!

But, you are probably expected to be a great point guard at that size. Cat quick, good pressure defender, good floor general. Able to score it some. mid ranger jumper and 3 pointer help. But ultimately, just run the team well.

There aren't many Earl Boykins types (great but tiny scorer) that actually make it.

Any camp can help you be a better player. Either learn from the better players in camp by going head to head, or learn from the camp instructors.

Any exposure against good talent helps you. Likewise, a poor performance can hurt you. Your size is already a mark against you. So just hustle and play your best. Show your heart and hopefully the game will be there too.

just going to a camp does not make you better. you have to work at being better. guard the best player on the other team and the best player in practice, that will make you a better player. do not be afraid to play your game. size and weight have nothing to do with how good you are or how good you could be. going to a small school, if you do not average 20 plus points a game then you need to work on a lot of things.

Your physical presence means you will have to do things 5 times better than everyon else. Learn, observe and incorporate into your game.
