i rear ended somebody and bent by where my power steering pump is. It leaked power steering fluid and there is a leak somewhere. I don't really care about power steering. Will I do damage to my car driving without fluid or will it just make it harder to turn.

Letting the leak go will ruin the pump. Also, you may think that it will steer like a car that didn't come with power steering when it goes out. IT WON'T! It will be much, much harder.

Unless the power steering pump is completely disconnected (by removing the drive belt), you shouldn't drive it since there is danger of overheating the pump and possibly starting a fire under the hood. At the very least, you'll seize the pump. Get it fixed; you'll be glad you did!!
