I'm 35 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Whenever I sit or lay down for any length of time I have a LOT of pressure in my pelvic area. I went to the dr the other day and he said this is normal and that I have not started to dialate any yet. Is there anything I can do to help relieve the pain? I'm having problems with my blood pressure and am supossed to stay off my feet but it's getting very uncomfortable to be in pain all the time.

Lay on your side,I am 34 weeks and I have the same pressure,It helps when I lay on my side with a pillow between my legs Takes some of the pressure away.

Except when I get up I feel like if I sneeze the baby will just SHOOT out :)

Good luck! WERE ALMOST DONE!!! Remember that!! :)
I have to remind myself EVERY SINGLE DAY.

I have the same problem with the pelvic pressure. Try and stay off your feet as much as you can. I like to try to have a warm bath with some epsom salt to try to relax my body. When I lay down I pillow my neck up and pillow my legs up a bit as well. Thats what I find that works ok on me...

It is normal. Sounds like your kid has dropped.
Just wait, it will be all over soon.
