Yes it does. This law is interesting in that you can take your time in segments of one hour, if you need to. The federal government put out books covering many aspects of the law. You can look up the government printing office and probably order a copy for yourself.

its according to company rules. they can use either a calendar year or a rolling calendar year to determine when the allotment starts over. ask for the policy, they have to give you it.
