Outside activities are important for preschoolers because they have a short attention span and are very active. They need to get outside and run around and use energy in order to focus and learn in a quieter setting. Also, they are growing and developing and need to work on learning coordination by doing things like riding a tricycle and throwing a ball.

The brain takes a break every few minutes and children in preschool often (if not always) have a short attention span. By getting students outside they are able to get fresh air and a change in scenery can increase the focus of students. Now this is not true for all students but it works well for most.

There little brain is very activities.....they need to play and think at the same time....if they don't then they will become like a useless person. It's like a person with a broken leg, if he/she don't get exercise or therapy...will not get better.
Best wishes and good luck

Kids need to run, climb, jump etc. The exercise and fresh air is wonderful for them. They strengthen their muscles and get rid of excess energy all at one time.
