well, you need to get under the ball with ur foot. if you want a strong long pass...you can use the inside of ur foot but it wont get that high. u can pass it long and high with accuracy like a goal kick by using the top inner corner of ur foot. if ur right footed, the top left is the top inner. you want ur left foot diagonal left behind the ball where it is comfortable for ur right foot to swing in and the top inner corner of ur foot touches the bottom most middle of the ball. not to the side, because it is a pass. if you want a long shot or fancy pass, hit the ball a little to the right more to bend it leftish, and outer right foot to the bottom left to bend right...remember this is all wit ur right foot. if its left foot...VICE VERSA. anyways, when u hit that ball. ur whole upper body shud be bending back. how far back? well go slow-mo and right where ur upper inner corner of ur foot barely touches the ball, you should hav ur body lean back so its straight, say if the ball was to role up ur body, it would move in a degree of an angle, its not bumpy. its like this slash.... / .....this slash shud look like ur body without ur left foot. then once u strike the ballur slash posture can go away. thats how u kick the ball far, for more tips check out epl goalkeepers and there kicks....easy one to look at is paul robinson if you know what i mean..... u dont? he scored a goal off a direct free kick from 3/4 away from the field not purposely. he just booted the ball really really far and it just happened to get in the goal

you mean as in your crossing the ball across the field or clearing it or lobing it? you want to have your plant foot (the one not making contact with the ball) positioned so the toe is pointing to where you want the ball to go and so it is about a foot away from the ball. with your foot you are striking (making contact) with you want to lock your ankle so it is as though you are pointing your toe towards the ground and you want to kind of scoop up the ball. Make sure your legs swing through to add the extra umph. just practice the technique until you've got it down and then it will come naturally

you kick it at the bottom of your foot using the inside of your foot... the top part... but not the toes... somewhere near the toes... just kick as you run towards it... =)
