fascinating question! I think if they went blind later in life or could at some previous point in life see, then they would be the same, but if they were born blind, then their mind most likely does not replay images in the mind since the eyes never processed any images into the brain or long term memory... just a guess

they can't have dreams if they were born blind. but if they became blind somehow then they would probably dream of what they saw!

probably dream a lot of black cats wandering around in the pitch dark of night with their eyes closed!

it depends on when they went blind..maybe memories, or they might dream of thaqt they think stuff looks liek if they havent ever seen stuff

Just because their eyes are damaged doesn't mean the brain is. The brain can still flash images in your mind I would think.
