It's not a case of 1 person. We've all had a hand in it, because we all use power and consume goods that require producing CO2 to produce.

Not who, but what? I'll take an educated guess= TIME.Global warming actually started in 1970, But it was'nt really noticed untill 2000. It has to be recognized by someone of noteriety in certain fields before anyone wakes up and takes notice. Like in 2000, A ship usually goes to the North Pole once every year, in Jan, but not same location. 2000 they found a fresh water lake in the middle of the ice in the NORTH POLE.
