Perhaps you should look at why you liked them in the first place and think about how your life would be like if you could not enjoy these things anymore. Or perhaps you should take a break and pursue other interests.

The human condition is such that shiny things lose their luster fairly easily. It's the nature of the beast. If one has cultivated a love for reading, being in nature, taking care of plants, pets, canvas painting, well, a zillion things, it can be a bit less boring. I have found it interesting, lately, to watch my thoughts...how they just pop up out of nowhere. Also, it is interesting how I can follow them into a 'drama' of sorts. I can be in a good mood, a dreary thought pops up and rains all over my parade IF I follow it!! I am finding I have a slight chance of not going into the 'story'. "What is Wrong With Right Now, Unless We think About It" is a good book for those who have "done it all". Life has a 'purpose' far beyond our understanding...not religious or spiritual.

Possibly you are not doing what your heavenly Father created you to do...When I am doing the things of God that He purposed me for, then and only then do I have joy unspeakable...You should start reading the letter He wrote you (the Holy Bible) join a local Christian group-and pray together on your purpose, God promises if you seek Him with all of your heart you will find Him.. It's all about Jesus!
Never bored when serving the Lord...

This statement makes me unhappy, I can only hope that you are in your 80's because you will begin to look for excitement in all the wrong places. Taking challenges, drugs, alcohol. It also sounds like you are depressed and need to talk to someone and maybe get meds to get you through this time.

You haven't done it all. No one ever has, or ever will.
You can enjoy things without having to be excited all the time.
