The need for approval and validation. I've gotten better, but it's taken a long time to realize..most of the time, the only way I'm getting either of those will have nothing to do with competency..only with sucking up.

Mine would probably be FORGIVING. I know that it doesnt sound bad but since my childhood i have always forgiven unconditionally. This has led to many heartbreaks, broken promises and tears.
