Does Apple keep Diabetic Away ?

Yes, and apples will wake you up quicker than caffeine. Actually my chiropractor told me to try it and sure enough, I felt more awake more quickly than with coffee. Now, several co-workers do the same thing. And I eat an apple to get me through the mid-afternoon slump, when I feel tired. And I can't remember the last time I was sick, its been years.

My grandmother always said that and she did eat an apple everyday. She was a very healthy lady well into her 90's.
