My closers are as following:
Mariano Rivera
Brian Fuentes
Jason Isringhausen

My SPS are:
CC Sabathia
Chris Young
Rich Hill
AJ Burnett
John Patterson
Scott Olsen
Clay Hensley
Brad Penny
Dave bush
Adam Wainright

After the trade im also trading Brian Fuentes for Dan Haren so to replace Dave Bush and Rich Hill and Brian Fuentes i would have Papelbon, and Dan Haren

Also this is a 10 person league head to head where my batting is really strong already

Works for me, but it is dependant on the Haren deal.
Daisy, I mean Brian Fuentes is risky anyway. And in a 10 team league starters are an easy waiver wire pick up for spot starts so if you can move a couple to improve your bullpen and then improve at starter right back then go for it.

Your hitting better be strong, because this pitching staff has much to be desired. All of your SPs are big question marks save for Chris Young. So, regarding your question:

Do it. I'll take Haren over Hill and Bush any day and I'd rather have Papelbon than Fuentes. Haren is ready to really breakout this season. Hill and Bush seem poised to as well, but they are both not having very good spring outings while Haren looks ready for the regular season. Yes, it is only sping training, however the momentum carries over. Fuentes had a shaky second half last year and Papelbon is Boston's closer for sure now save for injury.

Go for it. Good luck.

I would have done this trade yesterday! Rich Hill does he have a great MLB track record? NO! Look at Dave Bush's last 3 seasons...Notice Anything? Inconsistant...Papelbon is a dominating closer, and just in case you didnt he is the full time closer in Boston again. Alomost all of last year he had a ERA under 1.00! Thats sick! I would say do this trade before the guy who offered it cancels it!

Should you trade for the best closer in all of baseball?? Of course, you should. You will win (through saves) more than 40 games this year with Papelbon. Good luck.

Chow!!

absolutely you should take this trade if it was offered. if you are offering, i dont think it will get done. living near chicago and being a cubs fan, i know rich hill is a GOOD young pitcher, but he isnt a great young pitcher. next year will be his break out year. take this deal.
