Yes young lady he can because there are more sperm in the pre-*** then in the actual ejaculation. Be careful I would say it would be best to wait until your married but I know you would get mad.

Yes he can. the stuff he's "leaking" is called precum. even though it's precum it still carries sperm in it. You two need to make sure to use protection whenever having sex. especially since you didn't know what he was "leaking" and if it could make you pregnant or not. you don't seem very knowledgeable about sex or anything. be safe.
