Sounds to me you are curious? Go to college web sites and review them. Look at some of the courses they offer. If you are undecided that is okay. Students graduate and go to college undecided. I suggest you talk to your guidance counselor about the CARRS assessment. This will give you a career assessment to provide you with guidance in your interests.
College is great but high school should be fun too. Enjoy yourself now and try to engage in activities that will allow you to experience different things you may like. For example, if your school has a community service core, do activities for the elderly such as meals on wheels. You can act in the school play by joining the drama department. When you enter next year request a class in computers, business or a family consumer science class such as sewing. Spend some time this summer volunteering at a hospital or get a job in a day care or attorney's office. If you try new avenues you will begin to narrow your path or you very well may expand it.
Good Luck.

AA Degree, BA Degree, MA Degree, PH.D, any kind of degree basically, occupational certificates (JC's), personal enrichment and development. You can major in any field your school of choice offers. If you don't know what to major in, go to junior college to get your general education done (the first two years of college where you basically take high school classes all over again, it's a drag but you'll save money at a JC if you are undecided on your major). When you get to college take a Personal Development class if you are still confused about the whole college scene. That class will help you read a schedule and will help you plan an outline of classes to take to fulfill the requirements for transfer to a 4 year university (like UC or CSU) and a degree for your major. The class also describes the different schools you can go to and what they have to offer.

College is where one enhances and perfects his/her personal GOD-given gifts/talents. Learn to organize, prioritize, set goals, learn more responsibilty as you're away from Mom&Dad.
It's also a great place to have the time of your life but it must be kept at a reasonable and responsible level. Don't let things get out of hand.
It's so easy to skip class and party. Then flunk out.
In college many find the person of their dreams. Life time partner.
Some really neat booming careers are Geology, Engineering, Nursing, Business, to name a few. It does take hard work.
Adopt the "don't give up.........don't ever give up" philosophy and you'll go far.
Because each time you give up you lose a bit of your self-confidence.
There's absolutely nothing you can't do if you put your mind to it.
I'd love to do college all over again. It was the best time of my life. I flunked out the first goaround. Years later I got serious. Went back and kicked butt.
Now I work for the US Dept of Defense. Great job. Even more of an adventure.

You can go to college for almost anything! It also depends on the majors and minors that the college you choose has. Not all colleges offer the same courses, therefore you need to look at a college that meets your needs, even if you're just getting your basics at first. Talk to your couselor about it, and he/she will give you some good guidance! I hope this helped and Good Luck finding the right college for you!!!

Right now occupational, physical, and speech therapy are the hot jobs. They are in demand and paying well. My niece makes about $25 an hour @ a nursing home with her associates degree.

Lots of things... Geology, English, History, Agriculture...
I would go to the web pages of several large universities and look at their majors and/or departments... Also, don't forget about minors!

To earn a degree, to develop a skill, learn something to improve your job or life, to meet other intelligent people, to play sports, to become a better, more well rounded person than you already are.
