Yes, it's perfectly fine to be bending over while pregnant. Yoga is actually a good exercise while pregnant. Just don't carry heavy things, you don't want to put too much stress on your body.
now that my belly is bigger, it's much harder to bend over though!! haha.

yes, it's safe to bend.
There's even yoga and Swim/ Water Aerobic classes for pregnant mothers to be.
Lite exercises are encourage for the ease of labor. Such as stretching and walking.
But a pregnant woman should ALWAYS confirm with her OB doctor to check her condition.
As for regular bend to pick up stuff is completely okay...
it just gets hard when your belly is super huge and it make it difficult to put on shoes... lol :)

I bent over all the time to feed the dogs, pick stuff up, etc....until I got to where I physically COULDN'T! Do what you feel comfortable with! Your body will let you know if it doesnt like something!

Yes it is ok. You are pregnant.....not broken. They had pregnant yoga at the hospital I delivered in.
