I was wondering what I should use. I just use a concealer under my eyes. I don't like foundation. I just can't seem to find anything that covers it all.

It won't do any good to try to conceal puffyness. It'll just end up being made up puffy.
What you need to do is make the puffyness go down. Try some medication for hemmorids...no kidding! Or you could try an ice pack for several minutes. Or a cold spoon pressed into the puffy area for a few minutes.
There are probably any number of reasons for the puffyness. Get to the root of that problem to eliminate the puffyness for good.

You should be trying to reduce the puffiness, not cover it up. Try placing wet cool tea bags on your eyes for 15 minutes before applying your makeup. Sliced cucumbers work well, too. Or, you can buy products specifically formulated to shrink the puffiness out. Perhaps you need to reduce the amount of sodium in your diet---are you puffy anywhere else? You might be retaining fluid.

For puffy eyes, hold a chilled metal spoon to your eyes (the back not the scoopy-part-thing) it'll go away. And then get an eye-lightening serum kinda stuff. I don't know. I really don't have the problem.

Believe it or not, manyu models use Preparation H at night to solve this problem. I know it sounds funny, but think about it ... Prep H is supposed to "shrink and soothe" very delicate tissue. My aunt is not a model, but she uses it all the time, and it does work. Just be sure not to get any IN your eyes. I agree with the cucumber / spoon idea for when you have time.

dont cover them up- get rid of them. moist tea bags, or aloe gel under the eyes get rid of bagginess and redness. and to prevent them- stay away from excess salt and caffeine.
