I'm in serious need of a career change. Anyone has some tips on how to go about this?

Start evaluating what you like to do and see if there is anyway to make money by doing it. Take classes and update your skills if you need to. Learn a foreign language, take a cooking class. Who knows, you might stumble onto something.

Just tossing out a couple of ideas, but anythings possible.

Try going to one of those career placement aid centres. They also can help in finding careers by a multitude of tests that weigh all your qualifications and talents to place you in the career that fits you best

See if local colleges offer classes or workshops in entrepreneurship, and look for local SBA offices. Work for yourself.
