Last month my period came on the 29th day. It only lasted 1 1/2 days. Using the ovulations sticks, never ovulated in March. Now 34th day and no period. Test was negative. Am I pregnant or should I be worried something else is wrong? We are trying for our second for 6 months now.

this sounds just like me!!! I took 2 test both negative i went 38 days! then finally got my period, it's rare for it not too show so many days from a normal 28 day cycle. just be patient, i know how it is im trying for my second and its been since october since we've been trying. It's fustrating but i wish you good luck and No Periods!!!

Hello there. I just wanted to let you know that it is not at all uncommon for your first pregnancy test to be negative. You may very well be pregnant but there is just not enough of the HCG hormone in your urine to give you a positive result. I bet if you wait another week you will get a perfect positive test. The other thing that you could do if you are just too anxious to wait any longer is to get your doctor to order a blood test. A blood test is much more accurate than a urine test, basically 100% accurate. Actually they can detect pregnancy even befor you have missed your first period.
If you are going to buy another urine/at home test, get one of those that comes with two units so that if the first one is negative you can always try the other one a few days later. Other than that try to get your doctor to order a blood test so that you can find out once and for all.
BTW, honey---when you DO see the doctor mention to her that your period back in late November was so short and so light. That is not normal at all and could be a sign of something not quite right. Be sure and tell your doctor about it. Don't forget, ok?
I hope that you will get good news and that you and your husband will have reason to celebrate! Even if you do not get the result that you want right now you still have the fun of making a baby with the man you love, to look forward to!

My pregnancy test came out negative, I put it back in the box and stuck in my purse because I was at work and didn't want my co-workers to see, I took it out 2 days later and by chance just happen to look at it, and had a faint pink line! I was pregnant with my second!! Don't jump the gun, test again in 3 days or go to the doctor and have them do a blood test! It's sounds like you are pregnant!

Only being the 34th day, tests may not be as accurate. Wait a few days and take another test. Good luck!

Anxious. See your doctor i do not trust the test. Wait until June especially if your husband wants it to. Relax and enjoy not having a period and doing it.

My last period was only one day long.On the day my next period was due, I finally got a positive test.Wait a week and retest.Good luck.

I'm not sure, I would talk to my doc if I were you. All I know is false negatives happen sometimes when false positives almost never happen. Maybe take another one.

You might want to be pregnant so bad that you're tricking your body into it.
I've done that before (if you're scared you are and don't want to be it can happen too) and so I'd wait -and keep trying for a little longer...if you're really wondering,take another test.
