he keeps a record of my msn chat reads my emails everyday looks at who i have spoken to on my phone and checkes my messages he also lyes to me looks at porn on our computer then said it wasnt him but i have password confirmation go to my email because he doesn't have his own.i left once before but we have a 10 month old son together and i was him to have a dad i dont have a car so he knows i cant go anywhere and my family dont live in the city i do what should i do please help.

Learn to use your computer better so you can delete the files he looks at. While he's looking at the porn, take your son out for some ice cream and, you know, kind of forget to return. At least until the divorce is final, anyway.

Do you have a friend who could help you move and let you live with them until you get back on your feet? You need help, so look to family, friends and church to find someone who will help you in this time of need. Good luck.

Have your a family member pick you up and stay with them until you and your partner can get counseling.
