Product Rule: (fg)' = gf' + fg'
f = x^e
f' = ex^(e-1)
g = e^x
g' = e^x (e^x is it's own derivative)

y' = (e^x)(ex^(e-1)) + (x^e)(e^x)

Simplify:
y' = (e^x+1)(x^(e-1)) + (x^e)(e^x)
