I have an issue with a neighbor?

Ok all. I am at my wits end. For the last 6 years my p.o.s. neighbor has run a daycare. The "people" running this mad house don't watch the kids when they are outside, the little muthers continuously throw stuff over the 10' privacy fence I put up, I turned them into the cops and lo and behold, she is related to them. I have had to remove one of the offenders from my property by gun point. They killed one of my dogs by throwing a brick over the fence and hit her in the spine. I am ready to go postal on these P.O.S.'s. I live on a one way street and the parents of the little bastards that go to the daycare block my driveway and other neighbors driveways. I finally snapped one night and used my old truck and bashed into one of the cars parked at the bottom of my driveway. The cops couldnt do anything because they were parked in a no parking zone. I just said I couldnt see the car and wasnt expecting it to be there considering it is a no parking zone. Cops were pissed at me.

Try posting a sign on your lawn warning parents that their cars will be photographed, and that they will be held responsible for the behavior of their children. Take out an ad in the paper indicating that the owners of the daycare are not exercising control of the children under their care and that if your property is damaged, you will go after the parent.
Once parents start withdrawing their children from the daycare, the daycare will either get their act in together or go out of business. Either way, your problem is solved.
