A glass of flat lemonade, toast with strawberry jam (no butter). If you're sick from a hangover, the best thing is a greasy hamburger or bacon & eggs on toast with lots of BBQ sauce.

I believe the BRAT diet is supposed to be good... bananas, rice, and toast. But that might just be for diarrhea.
